Acupuncture Treatment:

Insertion of needles in various acu points to assist in restoring the body to optimal health. May or may not be coupled with accessory techniques depending on condition.


Auriculotherapy:

Insertion of needles using the reflex system of the ear as an alternative or adjunct to acupuncture. Vacaria seeds or magnets may be used in place of needles.


Cupping/Guasha:

Aids in relieving muscle tension and detoxification. Can also assist in opening lungs and relieving respiratory ailments such as coughs, colds, flu and fever.


Herbal Therapy:


An essential component of Traditional Chinese Medical therapies. Make lasting change using herbal therapies. Herbal therapy is a great addition to acupuncture and can also be done solely. We also offer herbal liniments which are external, for contusions, sprains, arthritis, chronic and acute injuries. 

Jin Shen Do Acupressure:

Sessions offered as an alternative to acupuncture.


Massage Therapy: 

Massage techniques and modalities are tailored to the needs of the client. 

>> Connected with Nature / Hot Stone: application of water heated basalt stones to essential points on the body will  create sensations of comfort and warmth. 

>> Geriatric Massage: age related medical conditions are taken into consideration, generally a very gentle massage that focuses on therapeutic nurturing.

>> Integrated Massage: create a custom massage using a variety of techniques to fit your specific health goals. 

>> Myofascial Release / Deep Tissue: promotes body awareness through deeper technique in the connective tissue and stretching to restore natural alignment and balance. 

>> Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT): specific techniques to promote healthy muscle tone by relieving stressed or tight muscles.  

>> Swedish Massage: assists lymphatic and blood circulation and promotes relaxation.

>> Prenatal Massage: a customized massage for the expectant mom and a wonderful way to connect with both your changing body and your growing baby. Prenatal Massage is also offered for the expectant father to assist with stress and nervousness of the childbearing year. 


Moxabustion/TDP Heat Therapy:

Often used as an accessory to acupuncture or jin shen do acupressure treatment. Can be used alone for gynecological problems, turning a breech baby, and pain management.


Reiki:

Universal energy is channeled from the practitioners hands to the client to assist in healing and harmonizing the body. Reiki can be an alternative to Massage Therapy for those sensitive to touch.
